Ted Lasso is back, which means my sneaker screenshots folder is back too.
Season 4 has already given me plenty to save. Nike, Jordan, Hoka, New Balance, Puma, Adidas, Vans, and a lot of running shoes around Richmond.
I’m keeping everything I spot here in one place and updating this post as new episodes come out.
Here’s the Season 4 sneaker list so far.
Episode 1 – “Home”
The season starts in Kansas, and the sneaker spotting starts pretty much immediately.
Air Jordan 1 Low OG “University Blue”
Ted is back in Jordans. This pair looks to be the Air Jordan 1 Low OG “University Blue.”
Good start to the season.

Another Jordan 1 Low, this time the “Method of Make” in Sail/Metallic Gold.
New Balance 576
I also caught a pair of New Balance 576s.
Nike Zoom Vomero 5 “Thunder Blue/Cream”
Nike Zoom Vomero 5 in Thunder Blue/Cream. One of several Vomero 5s I spotted so far this season.

Episode 2 – “Curiouser and Curiouser!”
Back at Richmond, things get much busier.

First one I saved was the Nike Zoom Vomero Roam in Flax/Khaki.

Not everything is Nike. I spotted the Hoka Arahi 7 here, worn by Coach Beard, played by Brendan Hunt.
Episode 3 – “Richmond’s Got Talent”
This episode was basically asking to be paused for shoes.
With everyone running around the pitch during tryouts, there was a lot to look at.

Starting with Puma on the pitch.

Episode 4 – “Greyhounds’ Day Off”
Episode 4 added a few more pairs to the list.
Some familiar Nike stuff, but also a couple of Jordans and Converse.

Nice change from all the running shoes I’ve been spotting this season.

Alice Chilton, played by Tanya Reynolds, wears the Nike Downshifter 13 again in Episode 4.
She also wore them back in Episode 2.

A pair of Converse here.
I haven’t pinned down the exact model yet.

One of the better finds from this episode.

Episode 5 – “Riches of Embarrassment”
Episode 5 adds a few more Nikes to the list, plus another Hoka appearance.
Nike Downshifter 13, Air Max 90 and Hoka Bondi 9
Quite a few pairs in this one frame.
I spotted the Nike Downshifter 13, Nike Air Max 90 Premium in Pale Ivory/Thunder Blue/Sail and the Hoka Bondi 9 in Varsity Navy/Nautical Blue.

Another Vomero 5 for the Season 4 list.
This time it’s the Triple Black colorway.
Nike Kobe 8 Protro “Year of the Horse”
This was probably my favorite sneaker find in Episode 5.
It’s the Nike Kobe 8 Protro “Year of the Horse” in Light Crimson/Vivid Blue/Bright Citron.
Nike Dunk Low “Panda”
And a very familiar pair to finish Episode 5.
