Season 5 of Stranger Things is packed with brands that fit right into its 1980s vibe, and I’ve been keeping a close eye on every can, car, snack, and gadget that pops up on screen. The first four episodes landed on November 26, the next three arrived on December 25, and the finale drops on December 31, 2025.
I already posted the Casio watches featured this season, and I have a separate post with all the sneakers I spotted, so you won’t see them in this list.
For now, here are the product placements I’ve caught so far, everything from sodas and snacks to bikes, tools, tech, and more.
P.S. Since only the first part of the season is out right now, this post serves as Part 1. The next batch of product placements from Part 2 will be posted separately.
Episode 1 — “Chapter One: The Crawl”

Hostess Twinkies snack pack is held by Maya Hawke as Robin Buckley.
Makita’s 3/8 Electric Drill is used by Gaten Matarazzo as Dustin Henderson to install an antenna on the roof of a BMW, funny moment that made me smile.
Play-Doh Creepies and Crayola crayons, two classic craft staples.
A Schwinn bike appears inside the van.
The STIHL MS 461 chainsaw is used by Joe Keery as Steve Harrington, and it looks absolutely brutal on screen.
Wrangler denim jacket, styled with an ’80s look, is worn by Charlie Heaton as Jonathan Byers.
Episode 4 — “Chapter Four: Sorcerer”

RadioShack, an iconic American chain of consumer electronics stores.
